OUR STORY
Built for real life, not a standard template.
-
Participant-led planning: goals, routines and preferences guide how support is shaped.
-
Clear communication: support is explained in plain language and reviewed with you.
-
Culture and language: communication, culture and personal preferences are considered when matching support.
MyCare4U was established in Victoria in 2022 with a straightforward purpose: to make disability support more personal, easier to understand and more connected to everyday life.
WHY WE BEGAN
A participant-led beginning
We began with the belief that each participant’s goals, routines and choices should guide their support arrangements.
WORKING TOGETHER
Working with the people you choose
We listen to participants and, with their consent, work alongside families, carers and support coordinators so expectations and next steps stay clear.
STAYING RESPONSIVE
Support that can change with you
We welcome feedback and review arrangements as goals, routines or circumstances change.
Supported living: modern SDA homes with smart-home technology that participants can control through voice or switch access.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Clear from the first conversation.
Choosing an NDIS provider is personal. You should understand what support may look like, what happens next and how your preferences remain part of every decision.
Your priorities come first
We begin with your goals, routines, communication needs, culture and preferences—not a standard template.
Options are explained clearly
We use plain language so participants, families and support coordinators can understand the available options and next steps.
Choice remains with you
Decisions about how support is delivered are made with you, and your consent is respected throughout.
Communication stays open
We welcome questions and feedback, and review arrangements when goals, needs or circumstances change.
OUR SERVICES
Practical support, connected around you.
Explore support options that can work together around your plan, goals and daily routines.
GETTING STARTED
A clear path to support that fits.
Tell us what matters
Call 1800 001 020 or send an enquiry. Share the participant’s goals, routines, preferences and the type of support being considered.
Talk through the fit
We discuss service options, availability, funding arrangements and any cultural, communication or support-worker matching preferences.
Agree on what happens next
If everyone is comfortable proceeding, we confirm responsibilities, document the agreed support and organise a suitable start.
