Contact MyCare4U about NDIS support in Melbourne
Participants, nominees, families, carers, support coordinators and authorised referrers can contact MyCare4U to discuss NDIS support services in Melbourne. Our team can explain the enquiry process, learn what support is being considered and check whether the request is within our service scope and current capacity.
An enquiry does not commit you to starting services, and it does not guarantee immediate availability. Before support begins, MyCare4U confirms the participant’s goals, location, preferred schedule, worker requirements, plan arrangements and any relevant communication, mobility, cultural or safety considerations.
Choose the contact option that suits you
Call 1800 00 10 20 if you would prefer to speak with the team, email info@mycare4u.com.au for a written enquiry, or use the callback form on this page. Let us know whether you are a participant, family member, carer, support coordinator or another authorised referrer so your enquiry can follow the right pathway.
You can also request an appointment before visiting an office. The callback form asks for contact details, state, postcode and optional notes. Share only information relevant to the enquiry; detailed personal or health documents should be provided only after the team confirms a secure and appropriate way to receive them.
What we can discuss with you
MyCare4U can discuss disability support areas such as personal care, daily living routines, household assistance, transport for agreed activities, appointments and community participation. The exact support available depends on the participant’s goals, NDIS plan, funding arrangement, service agreement, location and current worker availability.
Tell us what the participant wants to do more independently, where assistance would help, the preferred days and times, and what a suitable worker match looks like. Language, culture, faith, communication style, gender preference and shared interests can be discussed, with matching always subject to availability and the participant’s choice.
What to include in an enquiry or referral
Useful starting information includes the participant’s suburb, preferred contact method, requested support, likely schedule, plan-management type and any relevant access or communication needs. You do not need to solve every detail before contacting us. The first conversation helps clarify the request and identify an appropriate next step.
Support coordinators and authorised referrers can use the online referral form. Include only information the participant has authorised you to share. A referral is not an automatic service acceptance: MyCare4U still confirms consent, service scope, funding, safe delivery, local capacity and worker availability before an arrangement is agreed.
Feedback, complaints, privacy and urgent help
Current participants and their authorised representatives can use the feedback form to share what is working or suggest an improvement. If something has gone wrong or needs formal review, use the complaints form. Raising a concern should not affect a person’s right to respectful support.
Personal information submitted through this page is handled under the MyCare4U Privacy Policy. MyCare4U is not an emergency or crisis service. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, call 000. For routine service questions, use the contact options above and provide enough detail for the team to follow up.
