A diagnosis alone does not determine NDIS eligibility. Access decisions consider whether disability-related functional impairment meets current NDIS requirements and the evidence provided. MyCare4U provides practical disability supports and does not provide diagnostic services, medical treatment or allied health services. Supports depend on individual goals, assessed needs, the participant's funding arrangements, service agreements, worker availability and MyCare4U's scope of practice.
