The station can connect with destinations toward Broadmeadows or the city, subject to the timetable. Start with the outcome: Describe what the participant wants to do more independently, maintain safely or take part in more often.
Work through the details: Discuss assistance at home, travel method, meeting points, access needs, communication preferences and the time needed without rushing.
Confirm and revisit: Set the agreed services, schedule, costs and responsibilities in writing, then review them when routines or goals change.

You must be aged 0–64 when you apply, meet the Australian residence requirements, and meet the disability requirements, early-intervention requirements, or both. Children younger than nine are supported through the early-childhood approach.
All three management types are welcome. Our finance team is set up to invoice NDIA directly, work with your plan manager, or provide receipts for self-managed participants—whatever suits your arrangement.
