NDIS Weekly Support Roster & Cost Calculator
Build a clear weekly or fortnightly support roster, calculate known costs and identify shifts that still require a provider.
Plan your NDIS roster and support budget
Use this free online NDIS tool to organise weekly or fortnightly supports, calculate known costs using current price limits and compare category estimates with the relevant parts of a participant’s NDIS budget.
Each applicable NDIS funding category is calculated separately, giving you a clearer view of how the roster is structured against your plan.
Add a support
Choose one support, then add it to your roster.
Your roster
Build it one support at a time. You can edit or duplicate anything.
Your roster estimate
Average weekly figures correctly account for fortnightly supports.
Estimate only: this PDF is not a quote or funding approval. Confirm actual prices, eligibility and available funding against the current NDIS plan, pricing arrangements and service agreement.
Cost by official funding category
These subtotals are kept separate because NDIS category budgets are not one combined budget.

About the roster estimate
What does this calculator include?
It converts the supports you enter into a weekly or fortnightly roster, calculates known costs using current 2026–27 NDIS price limits, separates estimates by funding category and flags open shifts or items that require a tailored review.
Is the NDIS roster and cost calculator free to use?
Yes. The calculator is free to use. You can build and review a roster, calculate known estimates and download the PDF without payment. Submitting the roster to MyCare4U for review is optional.
Can this tool help plan an NDIS support budget?
Yes. It can help you compare estimated roster costs by funding category with the relevant parts of a participant’s NDIS plan. It does not confirm available funding, approve claims or replace advice from the NDIA, a plan manager or an appropriate provider.
Why are some supports left out of the dollar total?
SIL weekly arrangements, quote-only items, items with no specified price and unclear supports cannot be priced honestly from a standard hourly rate. They stay visible as “needs tailoring or review” rather than appearing as $0.
Does two-worker support double the shift hours?
No. A three-hour shift remains three scheduled hours. If two workers are genuinely required and the item is billed per worker, it becomes six worker-hours and the estimate reflects both workers.
How is the monthly estimate calculated?
The average weekly estimate is multiplied by 52 and divided by 12. Fortnightly supports are first divided across two weeks, so the monthly figure is not simply weekly cost multiplied by four.
Can MyCare4U help identify the correct category?
Yes. Choose “Not sure which category,” describe the support and send the roster. We can discuss the support and your plan wording without guessing a category in the calculator.
