NDIS Support Item & Price Finder Tool FAQs
Prices are sourced from the official NDIS Support Catalogue and should be read with the current NDIS Pricing Schedule.
View the official NDIS sourceWhat is an NDIS price limit?
It is the maximum price the NDIA considers appropriate for a support item under the applicable pricing rules. A provider may charge less, and the amount actually charged should be agreed with the participant.
Are these the current 2026–27 prices?
Yes. This finder uses the official 2026–27 catalogue effective from 1 July 2026. MyCare4U records the source and update date whenever the catalogue is refreshed.
What does “quote required” mean?
Some supports do not have a fixed catalogue price. The provider must prepare a quote based on the support, specifications and applicable NDIS requirements.
Can support coordinators use this tool?
Yes. The NDIS Support Item & Price Finder Tool is designed for participants, families, nominees, support coordinators and other people who need a fast way to verify an item code or current price limit.
Does the finder confirm that an item can be claimed from my plan?
No. It is an information and planning tool. Whether an item can be claimed depends on the participant’s plan, funding management, support purpose and current NDIS rules. Check with the NDIA, plan manager or appropriate adviser when unsure.
Important: This free tool is a guide, not an approval or guarantee of funding. Always confirm current claiming requirements and your individual plan arrangements before purchasing or delivering supports.
