Clear time tracking means participants and their support teams can see how the platform is being used, with the arrangements written into the service agreement before learning begins.
- Use less, pay less.
If less than three hours is used in a week, only the recorded learning time is billed.
- Use more, without a higher time charge.
If platform use goes beyond three hours, the current cap means no more than three hours is billed for that week.
- Included in the platform.
Platform maintenance, new course content and ongoing improvements are included.
NDIS funding is not automatic. Billing only applies where the service is suitable, connected to the participant’s goals and agreed in the service agreement. Claimability depends on the participant’s plan, available budget and NDIS arrangements.
